2.1. Dữ liệu bạn cung cấp trực tiếp

Khi bạn gửi biểu mẫu tư vấn hoặc liên hệ với chúng tôi: họ và tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ email, tên doanh nghiệp (nếu có) và nội dung yêu cầu tư vấn.

2.2. Dữ liệu thu thập tự động

Khi bạn truy cập website: địa chỉ IP, loại thiết bị và trình duyệt, hệ điều hành, các trang bạn xem, thời gian truy cập và dữ liệu từ cookie (xem Mục 5).

3. Mục đích thu thập và xử lý

11. Dữ liệu của trẻ em

Vietnam has become one of the world's most competitive origins for bed linen, duvets, mattresses and hospitality textiles. Labor quality is high, weaving and dyeing capacity has matured, and trade agreements give Vietnamese-origin goods favorable access to the EU and other markets. But sourcing here still rewards preparation: buyers who arrive with clear specifications and a disciplined process get better prices, better quality and far fewer surprises.

1. Start with a real specification, not a photo

The single biggest cause of failed bedding orders is a vague brief. A usable bedding specification covers:

• Fiber and fabric construction: e.g. 100% cotton sateen, 60s yarn, 300TC; or Tencel Lyocell 40s, 300TC.
• Dimensions and tolerances: finished sizes per market (US, EU and hotel sizes differ), with acceptable tolerances after washing.
• Color: Pantone TPX/TCX references, not screen colors.
• Construction details: stitch density, hem widths, closure type, embroidery or jacquard patterns.
• Shrinkage and color-fastness requirements: especially for hotel laundry conditions.

Factories quote against specifications — the tighter the spec, the more comparable and honest the quotes.

2. Understand what thread count really tells you

Thread count (TC) is the most misused number in bedding. Two fabrics with the same TC can feel completely different depending on yarn count (40s vs 80s), ply and weave. See our guide Thread Count Explained.

3. Shortlist factories by certification — then verify capability

Certificates are the entry ticket, not the decision. Before committing volume, verify capability on site: machinery, retained samples of comparable orders, and how the factory documents in-process quality.

4. Plan around realistic MOQs

• In-stock dyed fabrics: MOQs from roughly 500 meters per color — suitable for smaller brands and hotel projects.
• Custom Pantone dyeing: usually 1,500–3,000 meters per color, because the dye-house needs a full batch.
• Custom jacquard or dobby weaves: similar or higher, since the loom must be set up for your pattern.

If your volumes are below custom-dye thresholds, design your range around stocked fabric bases and differentiate through embroidery, hems, packaging and private-label presentation.

5. Treat sampling as a gate, not a formality

Approve a Gold Sample — the master reference production will be measured against — before any bulk fabric is committed. Expect 7–10 working days for a technical sample once the spec is frozen. Wash-test it repeatedly, check shrinkage against tolerance, and compare color under daylight.

6. Put independent inspection in the contract

Define quality numerically: the industry standard is AQL sampling under MIL-STD-105E / ISO 2859 — bedding programs commonly specify AQL 1.5 for major defects and 2.5 for minor defects, at three checkpoints:

• Greige/fabric inspection before bulk cutting — weave faults and oil stains are cheapest to catch here.
• In-line inspection during sewing — dimensional tolerance and stitch density.
• Final random inspection before container loading — packaging, labeling and carton sealing.

Crucially, the inspector should answer to you, not to the factory.

7. Get the export paperwork right

• C/O Form EUR.1 — preferential access to the EU under EVFTA.
• C/O Form B — general certificate of origin, commonly used for the US.
• C/O Form D / Form E — ASEAN and ASEAN–China trade.

Budget for third-party composition and safety testing where your market requires it, and decide Incoterms (FOB, CIF or DDP) early.

8. Consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers

Consolidating LCL lots into a full container (FCL) at a bonded warehouse cuts freight cost substantially versus shipping each lot separately — and gives one point of moisture-proof packing control before the sea voyage.

A realistic timeline

From frozen spec to loaded container, plan 45–75 days depending on fabric customization.

Thread count is the most quoted — and most abused — number in the bedding industry. Buyers specify it, retailers advertise it, and factories know exactly how to inflate it. If you purchase bed linen professionally, understanding what TC does and doesn't measure will save you real money.

What thread count actually measures

Thread count is the number of yarns woven into one square inch of fabric: warp (lengthwise) plus weft (crosswise). A fabric with 150 warp and 150 weft yarns per inch is a true 300TC. That's all it measures — it says nothing about fiber quality, yarn fineness or weave, and those three factors matter more than the count itself.

Yarn count: the number that matters more

Yarn count (40s, 60s, 80s…) describes how fine the yarn is — higher numbers mean finer yarn. Fine yarn is what makes fabric smooth, light and drapey. And here is the physical limit that exposes marketing claims: only so many yarns fit in one square inch. With standard single-ply yarns, genuine thread counts top out around 500–600TC using very fine (80s–100s) yarn.

Weave changes everything too

A 250TC percale and a 300TC sateen in the same yarn are both excellent fabrics with completely different personalities. Choosing weave by end-use matters more than chasing a higher number.

What quality buyers actually specify

• Hotel program: 100% cotton percale, 60s single-ply, 250–300TC — durable through industrial laundering.
• Premium retail: cotton sateen, 60s–80s single-ply, 300–600TC — smoothness and sheen.
• Eco positioning: Tencel Lyocell 40s–60s, 300TC — cool touch and biodegradability story.
• Relaxed/natural: linen 14s–17s, 100–150TC — texture is the point, TC is irrelevant.

No serious hotel program specifies more than ~300TC. Hotels optimize for wash durability and cost per laundering cycle — the strongest hint that beyond a certain point, TC is a retail story rather than a quality measure.

How to verify what you're buying

• Ask for the full construction: fiber, yarn count, ply, TC and weave — in writing, on the spec sheet.
• Insist on single-ply counting (or at least disclosure of ply) in your contract.
• Test the sample: a third-party lab can verify actual thread count and composition for a modest fee.
• Wash-test before bulk: shrinkage and hand-feel after 3–5 washes tell you more than any label.
